Shipping policy

Shipping: 

We take pride in shipping your comics safely and securely! All orders are sent through USPS mail services, and we carefully package everything to make sure your books arrive in great condition.

• Order minimum: $10 (before shipping).
  

• Order limit: Up to 20 items per order to help us maintain quality packing.
  

• Comics under $5 will not be bagged and boarded.
  

• Media Mail: Unfortunately, USPS doesn’t allow comic books to be sent by Media Mail.
  

• International shipping: We use First Class International or Priority International (for packages over 4 lbs).
  

• Orders $499 and up automatically include insurance and signature confirmation (these costs are included in your shipping total).

Orders usually ship within 24–48 business hours, and you’ll get email updates with your tracking info as soon as your package is on the way.

In-Store Pickup:

Prefer to grab your order in person? No problem!

• Your order will be ready within 48 hours at our retail location.
  

• You’ll receive an email notification once it’s ready for pickup.
  

We’ll hold your order for 45 calendar days after that email is sent. If your order isn’t picked up within 45 days, it’ll be returned to inventory and a refund won’t be issued, so please pick it up promptly.
