We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, just send us an email at onlinesales@thehallofcomics.com, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue or offer a refund.

How to Return: Returns are at the buyer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds: After we receive the item(s) in the same condition they were sold, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price. Shipping costs aren’t refundable, unless we made a mistake with your order.

Your order will be ready within 48 hours at our retail location.

You’ll receive an email notification once it’s ready for pickup.

We’ll hold your order for 45 calendar days after that email is sent. If your order isn’t picked up within 45 days, it’ll be returned to inventory and a refund won’t be issued, so please pick it up promptly.
