Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, just send us an email at onlinesales@thehallofcomics.com, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue or offer a refund.

• How to Return: Returns are at the buyer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.

• Refunds: After we receive the item(s) in the same condition they were sold, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price. Shipping costs aren’t refundable, unless we made a mistake with your order.

Online Order Pick-Up Policy

• Your order will be ready within 48 hours at our retail location.

• You’ll receive an email notification once it’s ready for pickup.

• We’ll hold your order for 45 calendar days after that email is sent. If your order isn’t picked up within 45 days, it’ll be returned to inventory and a refund won’t be issued, so please pick it up promptly.
