Politique d'expédition
- Most item(s) will be shipped via USPS mail services. Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail or as otherwise requested
- We require the minimum order amount (excluding shipping costs) to be at least $10 worth of product. If this minimum is not met, your order may be subject to a full cancellation and refund
- All comics under $5 will not be bagged & boarded, but will always be securely packaged for shipping and maximium pretection
- Orders cannot exceed a total of 20 items as we want to ensure as much as possible that our high quality shipping standards can be maintained in order to help deliver your books as safely and securely as possible
- Domestic Orders: We do offer a "Bulk Rate" for shipping comic books, but it maxes out at 20 individual comic books. Sets, Graphic Novels, and Graded Comics are not eligible for the "Bulk Rate".
- Per USPS Rules, comic books cannot and will never be mailed via Media Mail services, only First Class or Priority.
- International Orders will be shipped via First Class International or (after 4 lbs) Priority International.
- Orders totaling $499.00 and above will require USPS Signature Confirmation upon delivery. The Signature Confirmation fee will be automatically included into the shipping price.
- Shipping Insurance will be automatically included into the shipping price for orders totaling $499 and above
- Orders will usually be shipped within 48-36 business hours of when they are received by us. However. Please be sure to allow the maximum amount of turn around time for your order. Shipping updates will be automatically sent to the email address provided with the order.

Online Order Pick-Up Policy:
- All online orders should expect to be made available within 48 hours for pickup at our retail location. (Please feel free to call ahead to confirm that your order has been picked and is ready).
- Once confirmed and ready for pickup, orders will be held for a period of forty five (45) calendar days from the date that the “Order ready for pick up” email is sent.
- If you fail to pick up your order within the 45 calendar days stipulated in the email, the items will be returned to inventory, and no refund will be given.
