Return & Refund Policy:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your order for whatever reason, please e-mail us at onlinesales@thehallofcomics.com and we will do our best to rectify any issues and/or arrange a refund.

Returns will be sent to The Hall of Comics at the buyer's cost. Once the returned item(s) are successfully received in the condition they were sold, we will then refund the cost of the order. Shipping costs are not refundable except in cases where we made an error.

Online Order Pick-Up Policy:
- All online orders will be made available within 48 hours for pickup at our retail location. (Please feel free to call ahead to confirm that your order has been picked and is ready)
- Once confirmed and ready for pickup, orders will be held for a period of forty five (45) calendar days from the date that the “Order ready for pick up” email is sent
- If you fail to pick up your order within the 45 calendar days as stipulated, the items will be returned to inventory and no refund will be given
